Weld Monitoring S system-MIG (WMS-MIG)

Welding parameters to be measured : Current & Voltage

Flood Monitoring System

During the rains most of the high end technologies are not useful as all the networking system/ internet is off.

Vision Capabilities

Location

If the image of the project is far from the expected pattern, such as pixels not matching the expected colour, or edges appearing where they should not be then it will be marked as a rework or rejected by the production line.

Count

It can count the number of similar objects that exist in the image. It also determines whether an object does not exist in the image, so the existence/non-existence test also falls into the counting category.

Measurement

The vision system can also calculate the distance between the objects it locates, which is called the task of measurement. It makes very precise measurements to verify the distance between two components of the product.

One dimensional and two -dimensional decoding

A vision system which can decode these symbols in order to track parts throughout the production process and record which finished products they become.

3D Inline Measurement

3D inline measuring technology for body-in-white inspection in Chassis, Frames, Fuel tanks, 2W/3W/4W body and sheet-metal production. A comprehensive line of technologies for robotic calibration, 3D sensors and measurement data visualization makes it easy to complete challenging tasks in the measurement of geometries. Extensive measuring functions make this technology ideal for precision car body construction.

Sealant Vision System (SVS)

Sealant Vision System (SVS) is a measuring equipment that can inspect the suitability of the application of Sealer and Mastic.

SVS can detect issues which directly/Indirectly related with:

•Height

•Width

•Position

•Cross-sectional area

•Volume

•Advantages

•No part is forwarded with missing of sealants.

•These errors are not identified in any process further, so the quality of the part is effected. Eventually there might be failures in testing of the complete assembly & hence the part is scrapped due to quality rejection

•Above Error can be controlled & Losses can be avoided.

•Report generations are done using this system will be useful for rectification & improvement in process

Stud Vision System (StVS)

•Stud Vision System (StVS) used to make your system full-proof where after stud welding you get to know whether all studs are welding or not.

•Using Robot Guidance Sensor & Calibrated 3D-form Matching Sensor with Multi-Line Projection we can get information about the stud welded or not

•Advantages

•No part is forwarded with missing of studs.

•Time saving, as most of this errors are known when the part after completing almost 20-50 processes goes for final assembly of parts.

•Time Saving means Cost Saving

•Report generations are done using this system will be useful for rectification & improvement in process
